Of course we want to have your business and take care of your fresh produce loads, but when one of our account managers calls you to offer our services, she or he is not only looking for a load, but their goal is to offer your company the opportunity to become one of Horizon Transportation Service’s long-term clients.
Either way, Horizon is more than interested in helping your company with a load that must be delivered. By the way, we are very good at doing that—finding solutions for your immediate needs.
Naturally, nobody becomes a client before being a customer. First you will give us a load to test us out. And we incentivize you to do exactly that, but be aware that although we usually do a good job for our customers, we don’t necessarily do our best, mainly because we don’t
know your operational system as well as we should in order to do the
job.
