Our team consists of food service directors, dietitians, and educators—highly qualified experts who are ready and able to support the academic community with all aspects dealing with school nutrition and wellness.

Grant Development
The Horizon Education Center is designed to assist educational institutions with the development and implementation of their required wellness programs. With a dedicated staff of experts in a variety of professional disciplines, the team is prepared to help with a multitude of needs. Grant development can be a demanding task for many educational institutions, now more so than ever, with the constant fluctuation in governmental allowances. The Horizon Education Center provides that layer of additional support by way of grant development and general assistance to community agencies, K-12 schools, and education-based programs.

Our Sweet Bunches trademark is about more than just a single fruit product. Food Safety
The Horizon Education Center provides food safety and risk management assistance for school food service directors and executive decision makers. Using a robust, cloud-based technological approach, The Horizon Education Center helps protect school districts to remain in compliance with regulatory requirements, such as the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA).
